Keep an eye out for the vast wildlife that is home to the lake such as bald eagles, ducks, geese, turtles, crawfish, and an abundance of fish. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Located directly on the water, our property offers the best of outdoor adventures/activities on and off the Lake. Your dream vacation awaits.

Watch the sunrise or sunset on waterfront deck. Speak to nature, enjoy an evening fire. Great place for a couples retreat. Your bed is a comfortable sleeper sofa—photos in where you sleep section.

Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. We now have new living room furniture, two bathrooms with showers and a 1/2 bath along with a 16x30 deck! Also, as of summer 2018, we have a better lakefront that's bigger, more private and has wildlife galore for you nature lovers. In 2019, we installed a 18x36 pool ready to go WEATHER PERMITTING by Memorial Day weekend!!!!
