Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

This modern log cabin is a large studio with all of the 'bells and whistles' !!! There is a very important looking king size bed, gorgeous mountain decor, fold out sofa, Adirondack chairs for the porch and old-fashioned porch swing. Full kitchen, one bath, 65" Smart TV with Fast WiFi. Tucked into the woods with a BIG hot tub, this is perfect place to celebrate or honeymoon. Come with friends. You will have the entire front part of the house with a private entrance, patio, front porch and parking. You will have private access to all of what is pictured.
