Our smallest beautifully designed studio (45 m²) is part of a boutique collection of ten charming beach huts set within a 7,700 m² garden above Coxos Beach. This Hut has no sea view (check our other listings). To fully experience the tranquility of the property, enjoy our shared pool, peaceful lounge areas, and the spectacular ocean-view yoga deck. Perched above Coxos Beach, this space offer the perfect setting to unwind, reconnect with nature, and take in Portugal’s wild Atlantic coastline.

A Capela - Converted 18th Century Chapel

Please see our House Rules before enquiries. Unfortunately no outside visitors or events or celebrations are allowed. Thank you. Stay in a beautifully renovated chapel, built in 1789. A Capela offers a private outdoor lounge area for guests’ exclusive use with mountain views of the Moorish Castle. 3 - 5 minutes walk to Sintra Station which is also the main meeting point for most sightseeing tours. We are within easy walking distance to all the beautiful quaint cafes, shops and restaurants.

Between Mafra and the beaches of Ericeira you will find this magical place. Casas da Tia Alice are located in a very peaceful place, it has an amazing view to Tapada de Mafra and offers you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the countryside. The property has two houses and a common area with summer kitchen with barbecue, children playground and an infinity swimming pool. It's located in a 40 min from LISBON, 5 min from MAFRA and 15 min from ERICEIRA.

Charm house / private heated* plunge pool & garden

Open house with a kind of bedroom with slidding doors under the mezzanine. There is a private heated* plunge pool with a sunny garden, the bigger swimming pool ( also heated* ) is shared with two other small houses, and also the owners ( me, Julia and our 13 years son ) ... that sometimes deserve to take a dive too :)) so its never crowded !! * In winter or colder months the water temperature in both pools don't go more high than 22-24 degrees
