River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

This 2-bedroom (3 beds) 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available. Cozy "treehouse" cabin with AC and heat tucked in the woods, with bridge for easy entry. Large windows overlook stream. Site has picnic table and fire ring. Full-size Purple mattress in loft. 80 Mb WiFi, 4KTV. Outdoor hot tub on the deck of our home and outdoor sauna are open 24/7. Trails are closed at treehouse, but many trails available nearby. Fridge, microwave, Keurig. No bathroom at treehouse, but guests have exclusive use of our guest bathroom in our main house anytime - just a short walk.

The perfect guest suite waiting to great you to relax in this cozy retreat. Full renovation completed in 2022, including all new furnishings. As an Airbnb traveler, I focused on a clean, comfortable space that guests enjoy and recommend to others. The Chateau Midlothian Suite Retreat is limited to two adult guests with reservations. No other outside guests are permitted. All guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb with at least two reviews to make reservations.

Hidden Haven is just that! A 600 square foot romantic, private, peaceful, little haven. Hidden in the woods just 6 miles outside of the Town of Orange. Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.
