Gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage mit allem was man braucht. S-Bahn Station in 5 Minuten fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Wonderful stay with Werner and Anni. The apartment was well equipped, and matched the description. I slept well each night, and enjoyed the full-kitchen. I had my own off-street parking space. The hosts clearly care about their home, and it was very clean. Thank you again!

Die große Wohnung verfügt insbesondere über ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Rhein. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, auch die Rückgabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert. Mit dem Auto ist der Weg zu Einkaufsgeschäften schnell gefahren. Ob man wandern möchte, Burgen besichtigen oder Weine probieren - alles ist in der Nähe sehr gut möglich. Die gute Ausstattung und der freundliche Kontakt haben uns (3 Erwachsene,1 Kind) außerordentlich gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

The accommodation was flawless. Cyrille and Linda are excellent hosts, communicating quickly and helpfully. I received all the necessary information in advance, explained in detail. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything I needed. I really appreciated the underground parking space included in the stay. I would be very happy to return. Thank you!

Ich war geschäftlich dort unterwegs. Wenn man abends relaxen will Fernsehen oder etwas anderes machen will, ist das der absolute Ort. War schon dreimal bei ihm und werde auch wiederkommen.

Great top floor accommodation, in a beautiful, quiet and safe setting. The apartment had everything we needed for our lovely stay, including a washer and drying rack. Though not large, there was more than enough room for a couple. On street parking in front of the building was convenient. It is close to the everything – supermarket, restaurants, train station and the center of town. Ana was very friendly, kind and a great communicator. We definitely recommend this place to others!

Egle was very polite, proactive and always available to answer the queries. The apartment location was a plus point. Tram line just outside the apartment. The place was tidy and clean as mentioned in the photos and as per description. Kitchen is benifit for travellers. Shops are at walkable distance. Egle was very helpfull. Just one word for the apartment 'BEST'. Thankyou Egle.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with all the amenities! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Oliver and Sabrina’s place. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for daily walks. Oliver and Sabrina were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Really lovely place with friendly host who was always very quick to respond to any questions with helpful replies. The house was very clean with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location was great - private space in a quiet street with easy parking outside the door. Station was very close but we did find it helpful to have a hire car to explore further afield. Good local small supermarkets and bakery as well as excellent takeaway just round the corner. Only minor downside was the trains which were a little noisy - but not too frequent and we felt this was reflected in the price charged which was fair and a little lower than similar size properties in the area. Overall an excellent stay.

Es hat uns eigentlich alles sehr gut gefallen, die paar Tage Auszeit an der Mosel waren sehr schön und wir hatten herrliches Wetter, bei Klabautermann "eine kleine Hausboot Bar" die zwei Minuten zu Fuss von uns entfernt liegt, konnten wir ein paar leckere Drinks genießen.Die Bäckerei Belda die auch etwas zwei Minuten zu Fuss entfernt liegt kann man sehr leckeren Kuchen essen und die Brötchen sind auch sehr gut. Also im großen und ganzen haben wir ein perfekte Unterkunft für uns gefunden gehabt. Mit Jessica verlief alles unkompliziert und gut, die Wohnung ist klein und niedlich und mit viel Liebe fertig gemacht. In jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec grands-parents, parents et grands adolescents. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir eu plusieurs chambres et couchages pour nous répartir sans pour autant avoir l'impression d'être dans un dortoir. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise 😊 Le seul bémol est de n'avoir qu'une salle de bains et des toilettes non séparés. Pour dix personnes, cela nous a demandé une très grande coordination. Heureusement que nous sommes très très proches 😂

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het mooie vakantiehuis. Erg mooi ingericht, met details rondom wijn en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is mooi met de Rijn en de wijngaarden. Goed om te fietsen, wandelen of met de boot te varen. Veel goede restaurants in de buurt (met de auto goed te bereiken). Een echte aanrader!

Alles top! Das angegebene WLAN-Passwort war zwar nicht korrekt, ließ sich aber nach Rückfrage, die rasch beantwortet wurde, fix klären. Der Preis ist insgesamt zwar angemessen, jedoch ist es irreführend, die Wohnung erst über einen niedrigen Preis zu finden, dann kommen Grundreinigung und eine Bearbeitungsgebühr hinzu und die Endsumme ist fast das Doppelte von dem vermeintlichen Schnäppchen. Es wäre besser, gleich den Endpreis zu sehen bei der Wohnungssuche.

Sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht, eine ausreichend große Sofagarnitur (vorhandenes Sofa ist für 2 bis 3 Personen) hätte das Haus perfektioniert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber super nett und hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Private bedrooms and a living room sitting area provided a good balance for our family. The apartment was spotless clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Check-in time was flexible, although we were late. We received a friendly welcome and good tips for the apartment and surroundings.

Mooi, schoon, ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Lekker ruim terras. Wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden vanuit het huis in een mooie groene omgeving of langs de Rijn. Aardige eigenaren, beschikbaar bij vragen.

We loved this apartment, right on the Rhine River. The view is amazing and the apartment is large, clean and very well furnished. The bed we used was comfortable (there are two beds, one in each spacious bedroom). and there are metal shades that help a jet lagged person sleep. The surrounding areas are beautiful and walkable. Even though we had difficulty finding the apartment, we would highly recommend it to others who were new to the area and not driving, like us. We look forward to returning next year and love the city of Koblenz, especially for its walking options and the charm of the old city.

우선 내집같이 아주 편안했고 주변 슈퍼, 일식,한식,독일식 식당 등이 걸어서 갈 정도로 근접해 있었으며 숙소 또한 전기소켓, 욕실, 주방 용품, 아늑함, 가구배치등이 아주 적절하게 되어 있어 우리집같이 편안히 사용하였습니다. 숙소가 2차선도로 길가에 위치해 있지만 밤과 낮에도 전혀 시끄러운 느낌을 받을 수 없었으며 주말과 밤에는 너무 고요하고 조용하고 상쾌한 날씨를 즐길수 있었던 훌륭했던 숙소였습니다. 프랑크푸르트 시내 가기에도 차로는 20분내로 어디든 다갈 수가 있었으며 대중교통또한 시간만 맞추면 쉽게 시내로 나갈 수 있었습니다. 시내 호텔에서 지내는 것보다 이 숙소에서 묶으면서 아침식사와 그외 남는 시간에 집에서 식사한다면 슈퍼에서 재료를 구입하여 훌륭한 요리를 해먹을 수 있는 아주 좋은 장점이 있는 것 같습니다. 다음에 프랑크푸르트에 출장온다면 꼭 이곳에 다시 묶으면서 일이외의 다른 곳들도 들려 볼예정입니다. 특히 한국사람이 이숙소에서 지낸다면 150미터 떨어진 곳에 한국, 독일 식당이 있는데 음식맛이 뛰어나며 sushi 집또한 맜있어서 편안히 음식 걱정하지 않고 지낼수 있을 것 같습니다.

It’s beautiful and comfortable that we stayed here second time already. Easy to get from Hauptbahnhof by bus no M46 and bus stop right in front of the apartment. Walk to Messe 20 min. Communication with Mathias is easy and fast. I recommend this place.

Super vielen Dank das ich wieder in deiner Ferienwohnung sein konnte. Ruhige Lage, gibt Parkplätze und man hat echt seine Ruhe in der Wohnung. Vielen Dank bis zum nächsten Mal

Das Apartment ist ein Geheimtipp. Eine Oase der Ruhe einen Steinwurf vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Klein aber fein. Ich komme wieder!

Een mooi appartement, schoon, ruim van opzet, van alle gemakken voorzien incl.handdoeken, opgemaakte en schone bedden, sfeervol ingericht, een onverwacht ruim balkon met privé. Prachtige omgeving, veel wandelgelegenheid. Maar bovenal de meer dan prettige communicatie met gastheer Chris; correct, snel reagerend op contact en een flexibele opstelling in de datum planning. Het huis is een echte aanrader!!!!!
