With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.

In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
