Makkari, Abuta District : locations de vacances avec cheminée

We booked this airbnb because of the built in private onsen. My husband loved it so much and used it day and night! Taro’s husband really went beyond and above by taking us to the nearest convenience store since we arrived late at night! Definitely need a car to go around Shiraoi and other nearby places. since we did not have a car, we still managed to go around and even go to Sapporo using public transportation😀 (just had to walk to Kita-Yoshihara station for 30 mins daily) It was a nice experience and we’ll definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The facility was top-notch—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The cozy environment made it feel like a true home away from home, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was just the location we needed for a spring break - quiet, spacious and well-equipped. The beds were cosy and the home warm and comfortable. We were able to hit the slopes a few days and the drying room was very useful. Driving out to the slopes, supermarket and cafes was easy but you definitely need a car to stay out here. It was beautiful watching the sunset from the living room over the forest even though most of the snow was melted. The space is very generous for 4 people to use. Communication with hosts was always good and check in and out very straight forward.

Our family of four adults and one toddler thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Satoshi's! We were struck by how spacious, clean and well-equipped the home was upon entering. Each room had such a cozy atmosphere, and the instructions and guides placed around the house were really clear. It's located on a quiet, peaceful street, very centrally within the small town of Toyako, so everything was very accessible by foot. One tiny thing to point out would be that the lock on the main entrance is a little delicate, and it always took us a few tries with the key. That said, it didn't bring us too much trouble and won't deter us from booking this accommodation again in the future. Thank you Satoshi for such a pleasant stay! We'll be back!

Rhys is so responsive and super helpful. He answered all of my questions very promptly. He had amazing suggestions for touring and skiing, places to eat out. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.
