Tabbs Cottage - Close To Salcombe and Beaches

Tucked away in the village of Malborough, South Devon. Tabbs Cottage combines old world charm with plenty of modern conveniences. Sleeping up to eight people, this is the perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends looking to escape and enjoy each others company. Tabbs Cottage is surrounded by thatched cottages and accessed from the road by a quiet pedestrian lane. From the lane, the cottage is accessed through a white picket fence into the welcoming cottage garden. A path leads you around the house to the entrance hall. From the entrance hall is a superb and characterful kitchen diner with views through the sunroom into the garden. The sun room is the perfect place to relax, read a book or have a glass of wine with comfy Lloyd loom wicker chairs and French doors leading out to the garden and outdoor seating area. A large yet cosy living room is accessed from the kitchen, with woodburning stove, beams and a piano, perfect for atmospheric evenings in. A utility room with playful seaside mural, washer/dryer and compact freezer. The ground floor shower room is perfect for hopping straight in from long days at the beach. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one super king, bunk room sleeping four and one king complete with ensuite shower room. The simple, calm decoration combined with comfortable bedding ensures a peaceful nights sleep after exciting days out. Outside, a lawn provides the space for children to play and patio area houses a comfortable rattan table, chairs and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dinning. Alternatively curl up in the hanging egg chair with the perfect holiday read.

Stunning Salcombe Home - great views-free parking

We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. We have tried to anticipate your every need, toiletries, books/games, beach toys, wet suits, picnic rugs, flasks. Parking for 2 cars means no driving around trying to find a space. Read our reviews.

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Studio at Bantham Cross

A newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance and parking. Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

The cottage accommodates 4 adults and 2 children and two canine friends and offers scenic views from the second floor, a handy location close to a variety of amenities and the beach, and an inviting interior, making it the perfect home away-from-home.
