Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car or 2 on request. It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required 19.7 - 30.8.25. Any questions, please just ask me. There are stunning country walks, a huge array of activities, 2 excellent local pubs, a coffee shop, wetlands bird sanctuary & there is so much to see & do.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
