Welcome to the garden house , a charming contained studio in my garden .we are situated in Crosspool charming residential area of Sheffield. Near Resturant’s , coffee shops and yet not far from the Peak District in one direction and 10 minute walk to the university and teaching hospital . Inside: private and self-contained . Comfortable double bed. WiFi, TV. Well contained kitchen , tea and coffee . Iron ,hairdryer . Shower room with towels . Outside area with table and chairs.

A beautiful 1st floor studio apartment situated on the outskirts of Sheffield in the village of Stannington. This peaceful property is located 100 meters from the Loxley valley which takes you directly into open countryside with several Dams within walkable distance. 10 mins drive to the Peak District and 20 mins to nearby Chatsworth, Castleton, Bakewell, Hathersage. If you want to venture into Sheffield it's just a 10 minute drive.
