Evin konumu , düzeni , temizliği , huzurlu ve samimi dekoru eve girdiğimiz anda bizi mest etti . Ev huzur dolu ve zevkle döşenmişti . Alison son derece yardımsever, sıcakkanlı ve düşünceliydi . Evin içi tertemiz , ihtiyacımız olabilecek herşey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü . Kesinlikle tekrar tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer olacak bizim için . Herşey olağanüstüydü , teşekkür ederiz

Lovely place in a great location. Internal courtyard is great. Kitchen is convenient and good water pressure throughout. Perfectly located for Alacati nightlife, but in a quiet street compared to many. Finally, super available host! I would return for sure !

We enjoyed our stay at Joakims place. What a beautiful home filled with everything you need. For a great stay. We appreciated the great communication. The neighborhood was great every thing is close restaurants and grocery stores. The only difficulty we had was weekend traffic it would be great to have a sound machine in the bedrooms facing the road. Thank you again for a great stay

We had a very pleasant stay. The beautiful beach is right in front of the house, which was a real highlight for us. The accommodation itself is quite small but nicely furnished and very clean. We had to get used to the limited storage space, especially in the bathroom, and had to figure out where to put our things. The kitchen equipment was okay, but the stovetop was quite weak and didn’t get hot enough for proper frying. However, the washing machine and dishwasher were a great plus. The check-in process with the key box was super easy and went very smoothly. Ilke was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had, providing us with great tips for the area. Parking spaces were available nearby, which was convenient. Apart from occasional noise from military helicopters and shooting practice at the nearby military area, it was otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

Ev beklentilerimizi gayet güzel karşıladı. Çok temizdi, konum olarak Foça nın sessiz ama bir o kadar da merkeze erişimi kolay bir bölgesinde. Fatma hanım ilgili ve hoş sohbet bir kişi ihtiyacımız olan her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendisine de ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir dahaki seyahatimizde tercih yine gönül rahatlığı ile tercih ederiz.

Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο για οικογένειες,για όσους έχουν μικρό παιδί διαθέτει και παρκοκρεβατο,πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και η τουαλέτα πεντακάθαρη και κάτι βασικό και θα το καταλάβετε για τη Μυτιλήνη είναι ότι βρίσκαμε πάντα να παρκάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο.Η κυρία Νίκη και ο κύριος Παναγιώτης είναι διατεθειμένοι ανά πάσα στιγμή να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείτε.

Εύκολη πρόσβαση. Καθαριότητα στα 20 μέτρα σούπερ μάρκετ , εμπορικά μαγαζιά καφέ εστιατόρια μπαρ. Η οικοδέσποινα άψογη σε όλα Εμείς πήγαμε για Ανάσταση στη Μυτιλήνη ως και μαγειρίτσα μας είχε ετοιμη. Συστήνω τον χώρο ανεπιφύλακτα. Την Ευχαριστω για όλα.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

Midilli’de kalınabilecek en güzel konumda olduğunu düşünüyorum, çok merkezi. Manzarası mükemmeldi. Thalia esnek giriş konusunda destek oldu ve ev anlatıldığı gibiydi. Biz 3 kişi konakladık. Gayet memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler Thalia, yine görüşmek üzere 👋🏻

Metin bey hızlı yanıtlar verdi hep bizlere ayrıca ev gerçekten temizdi yatak odasından salona gerçekten temizdi ev fotoğraflardan daha büyük ve güzel konumu da öyle tekrar İzmir ziyaretimiz olursa Metin beyi güvenle ve rahatlıkla tercih edeceğiz aynı şekilde sizlere de tavsiye ederiz. Hijyen konusunda gerçekten ev olduğu için şüphelerim vardı fakat beklediğimden fazlasıydı gerçekten temiz ve ferah bir ev. İşini özen ile yapan birisi belli. Ev her yere çok yakın ulaşım çok kolay metro evden yürüyerek 5 dk lık mesafede ayrıca hastane de eve çok yakın yürüyerek 15-20 dk yani yaşayacağınız herhangi bir sorun olursa kişisel olarak ıssız bir yerde kesinlikle değil sokak aynı şekilde güvenli komşular düzgün insanlar gece geç saatlerde eve dönerken de güvende hissedersiniz söyleyeceklerim bu kadar burayı kesinlikle tercih etmelisiniz ☺️

We had a great time at Özge's apartment in Izmir. The place is really clean, nice and cozy, there is enough space for two couples and we found everything we need. Close to the city center and the sea, so we could walk around and always find some nice place to eat. Özge is a super nice person, making sure that we arrived safe and she was always ready to help us if needed. 🙏🏻🩷

Firat welcomed us in the night, which I think was very classy! The apartment is in a really good location and it is still pretty quite. Everything in the apartment works and I reckon it’s a good value place in Izmir. Would recommend and stay again if I come back to Izmir 🙌🏼

I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.

Değerli George'nun evi resimlerde göründüğü ve anlatıldığı gibi bir evdi. Dört kişilik aile olarak rahatlıkla konakladık. Temizlik malzemeleri olması ilave puan alır. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Ama genel puanlamada görmezden gelinir. Evin tek eksiği bulaşık makinesidir. Kısacası beklentimizi karşıladı ve rahat bir konaklama oldu. Ev, merkeze on dakika uzaklıkta ve şehrin üst tarafında. Bu durum bizim için iyi oldu. Daha huzurlu ve serin ortamı vardı. Yalnız, alt komşunun iki köpeği maalesef gece gündüz hiç susmadı. Neyseki hayvanları seviyoruz.

Ενα τέλειο σπίτι διαμαντάκι στην καρδιά της πόλης, 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια απέχει από σούπερ μάρκετ και 3 λεπτά μέχρι την Ερμού, είναι σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο και έχει οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή , ήσαν όλα καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα. Επίσης υπήρχαν και διάφορα treats όπως φρυγανιές και σνακ. Αξίζει πολύ. Αν μπορούσα να βάλω τα παραπάνω αστέρια θα έβαζα 🥰 Ή οικοδέσποινα ήταν επικοινωνιακή και ευγενική!! Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά !!

Huzurlu, Temiz ve konforluydu.

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at Giorgos' place. The landlord was very responsive, the house was quite comfortable. We also liked the location!

İlk deneyimim olması sebebiyle doa yı biraz fazla darladim ona rağmen hep nazik ve yardımsever olmaya özen gösterdi sağolsun harika biri indirimde yaptı çok sevindim . Evine gelicek olursak konumu cok harikaydi heryere 5 dk da gidebildim apartman gayet sakindi ve sıkıntısızdı evin içi 10/10 içeri girer girmez harika kokuyordu eşyalar oldukça yeni ve rahattı konforlu bir evdi mutfakta ve evde lazım olabilecek herşey mevcuttu asla kendi evimi aramadim diyebilirim heryer oldukça temizdi çok keyifli gün geçirdim teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum tekrar tekrar kullanabileceğim bir yer olarak listeme ekliyorum doa ya sevgiler 💞💘💖💕

Υπεροχος χωρος και πεντακαθαρος!! Σε μια πολυ ησυχη και ομορφη γειτονια ακριβως πανω απο το λιμανι!! Ιδανικη τοποθεσια για να εξερευνησεις το νησι. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο και ευρυχωρο! Ηταν παρα πολυ ανετο και το συνηστω αν θελεις να ταξιδεψεις με την οικογενεια σου ή και μονος θα εχεις ολες τις ανεσεις! Η κυρια Ποπη και ο συζυγος της εξαιρετικοι οικοδεσποτες!! Απαντουν αμεσως στα μηνυματα εκανα το check in μου κυριολεκτικα τελευταια στιγμη αργα το απογευμα και παρολα αυτα μεσα σε ουτε 5 λεπτα μπηκα στο σπιτι! Τους ευχαριστω πολυ γι αυτην την ομορφη διαμονη! Και οπωσδηποτε καθε φορα που θα ερχομαι θα κλεινω μονο σε αυτους τη διαμονη μου☺️ Πραγματικα δε θα βρειτε κατι καλυτερο οσον αφορα την καθαριοτητα ,την τοποθεσια και την φιλοξενια!!
