Katta ve merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor ancak valizlerinizi sizin için biz taşıyacağız :) Çay,filtre kahve,türk kahvesi,nescafe ve su ikramım :) Netflix prime video dizi yada film keyfini evde olduğunuz süre boyunca keyif ile yararlanabilirsiniz Ayrıca yeni çıkan yasaya göre gelen misafirlerin kimlik bilgilerini karakola bildirmemiz gerekmektedir.

Merkezî bir konumda bulunan dairemde kalırsanız ailece her yere yakın olacaksınız. Karşıyaka semtinin merkezinde yer alan dairem süpermarketlere, restoranlara, alışveriş merkezlerine ve kafelere yürüme mesafesindedir. Karşıyaka iskeleye 3 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile ulaşabilir. Tramvay durağına 4 dakika ve Alaybey tren durağına sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Havaalanından daireme direkt tren mevcuttur. Araç kullanmanıza ihtiyaç kalmayacaktır. Apartmanimizda asansor bulunmuyor.

L'appartement est situé à Alsancak, le quartier le plus animé et le plus populaire d'Izmir, à 5-10 minutes à pied de la rivage (Kordon), du marché et de tous les cafés, pubs et restaurants. Pour vous rendre au quartier historique de Konak et à Kemeraltı, vous pouvez utiliser la ligne de tramway qui se trouve à 2 minutes de la maison. Pour une agréable traversée en ferry vers Karşıyaka ou Konak, une marche de 10 minutes jusqu'à l'embarcadère d'Alsancak suffit.

My apartment is on the most attractive street of Izmir ‘Kibris Şehitleri’ with a sea view. One block away from sea front. (a minute by walk) and very close to Alsancak train station. (10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 7th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Hey:) This is a stylish and centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Üçyol center where you can find amenities such as markets, bakeries and all kinds of grocery stores. The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
