Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Emres Unterkunft gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich, sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Emre und sein Kollege waren immer erreichbar und haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

kişisel ihtiyaçlara kadar her şey düşünülmüş mutfak fazlasıyla yeterli. manzara fotoğraftakindende güzel hijyen konusundada hicbir problem göremedik. En memnun ayrıldığımız konaklama oldu özellikle bu fiyata harika

He is responsive and a kind landlord. The unit was clean and big enough for a family. It’s located in downtown, in the heart of everything. Next time when i visit Izmir, it seems most likely I’ll book his place again. Thanks for hosting.

Очень общительный и гостеприимный хозяин. Апартамент в отличном состоянии, есть всё что вам нужно. Супер локация, буквально 100 метров от основных улиц со множественном отличных кафе и ресторанов. Очень понравилось паромное сообщение между нашим и старым городом через залив. Однозначно рекомендую!!!

Lieber Emre Ich möchte mich bei dir herzlichst für deine Fürsorge und Herzlichkeit bedanken! Deine Unterkunft ist einfach, aber für mich war es der Ruheort in der Stadt Izmir, in welchem ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt hab! Ich konnte ruhig schlafen und warm duschen 😌😍 und zum frühstücken war genügend Geschirr und Töpfe vorhanden. Ich würde sofort deine Unterkunft wieder buchen :), bis hoffentlich bald, herzlichst Mirjam

Bu yamaç evinde eşimle beraber 2 gece konaklamak oldukca keyifli ve huzur vericiydi.Evde ve cevredeki yürüyüş rotasında bize her zaman eşlik eden sevimli dostlarımız Sasha ,pofuduk ve korki sayesinde hem kendimizi guvende hissetttik hem de nefes kesici manzaraların tadını çıkardık.Ev oldukça iyi temizlenmisti ,mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi ve günlük kullanım için gerekli olan her detay en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Mutlaka tekrar gelmek istiyoruz .

Daha önce konakladığımız bir yerdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık konumu hemen nazarköyün girişinde çevresinde oldukça yemek yeri vardı. Huzurlu sakin bir yer keyif aldık. Esim Hanımla iletişim rahattı. İçeri girişte esnek davrandılar. Fakat önerebileceğim şeyler var, mevsimsel olarak Havuzu kullanamadık(temizlenmemişti), duştaki suyun akış miktarı azdı ve ısınma problemi vardı, mutfak malzemeleri çeşitlendirilebilir. Her şey için teşekkür ederim, tekrar olarak görüşmek dileğiyle… 🙏🏻🙏🏻

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!

Wir als Familie haben das Haus sehr genossen. Es war immer wieder schön nach einem ereignisreichen Tag den Abend oder auch Morgen im Haus zu genießen. Die Dachterasse hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und Izmir. Metro und Bus sind gut zu erreichen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann auch der Bazar in knapp 10 Minuten erreichen. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen und vorallem habe ich auf jede Frage unmittelbar Antwort und Tipps bekommen.

Evin renovasyonu gayet güzel yapılmış. Resimlerde de görüldüğü gibi. Temiz ve düzenliydi. Tek yönlü bir sokağın içerisinde, araç park sorunu yaşamadık. Bir sokak aşağısında büyük bir ana yol var. Heryere ulaşım kolay. Keyif alarak konakladık. Teşekkürler.

Amazing host, very good place to stay for single house! They have thought about everything pretty much house has whatever you need it and you name it! We have horrible experience right before them. Rented for 6 nights and stayed only for a night at old place! Right after we came this place and it was amazing. Thank you Mss Gülcan for everything 🖤🤍
