Located 10 minutes from the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath log cabin (comfortably sleeps 7) is perfect for family vacations, & relaxing getaways. Located on 42 acres, this custom-built cabin has all the ammenities of home, while offering access to hiking trails, ATV & biking trails, water fallls, fishing lakes, beaches & all that the lakeshore has to offer. Guest can explore Grand Island or take a sunset cruise out of Munising Bay, 5 miles west of the cabin.

3 - 1/2 miles North of US-2 Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

The Loon’s Landing

Relax at this peaceful cabin on Big Manistique Lake in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin has been completely remodeled, but still holds an old cottage charm. Nestled only a few miles from the Village of Curtis, this property has 133 feet of lake frontage and scenic western views. The shoreline is sandy and perfect for swimming. Located on the West side of North Manistique Lake aka “Round Lake” in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Spend the day at the lake or see sites like Tahquamenon Falls, Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Seney Wildlife Refuge and Pictured Rocks.

The Husky Hut-Pet Friendly, Remote, Private.

The Husky Hut is an adorable tiny home located on 10 private acres. It’s located on a well maintained gravel road with plenty of parking. This is perfect if you are looking to “camp” without the hassle of a tent and other equipment. It’s extremely private; there is no light pollution and the stars are magnificent. The cabin sleeps two guests. This is truly off-grid; no power or running water. There is a sled dog kennel nearby so expect to hear the “neighbors” during feeding time!

For the summertime getaway we are minutes away from 3 inland lakes with many trails to hike your worries away. Centrally located making many highlights only an hour away. Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Crisp Point Lighthouse and many more. We use only natural disinfectant cleaners and fragrance and dye free laundry detergents.

The cabin is located on a beautiful spring fed lake (North Manistique Lake) offering clear waters and sandy bottom; perfect for swimming, boating & fishing. The home comes with a large patio, grill and outdoor fire pit. The modernized cabin has huge floor to ceiling windows in the main room featuring the kitchen, living room and fire place. Two bedrooms, mud room, and bathroom are also included. The large 1.5acre yard offers plenty of space for parking & yard games.

Enjoy this secluded cabin anytime of year. Located near trail 8 /H-58 for day trips in any direction. Cabin is set up with 2 Queens and accommodates 4 people comfortably. Two propane fireplaces & front room with beautiful view of private lake. Propane Weber for grilling , hot shower , stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Fire pit for bonfire with wood for purchase on site. TV with HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Most likely will see and or hear a wild animal.
