Fabulous location. A fantastic modern and spacious house that’s perfect for families. It has a lovely pool and a spacious backyard. The best part is that it’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to Busselton Jetty. The house is spotless and comes with all the essentials you need. The host was incredibly helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!!

Naomi's house was great for our short stay. A lovely house with spacious areas throughout and a relaxing outdoor area near the pool, and was also nice and quiet location whilst also being walkig distance to the local restaurants and the foreshore. Would happily recommend to others and would stay again in the future.

Stayed at the Beach Shack 11-15th April 2025 The place is fantastic and so close to an empty beautiful Beach. Bridgette the host was very helpful and responded so quickly to every question or request. Stayed with our kids and grandkids and the house could not of been better. Thoroughly recommended

A magical stay at such a nice place. The house is well equipped and the outdoor space was amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor baths, the pizza oven, the pond, and the early morning birds. There’s also a really nice walking trail around the property.

It’s a great place like own house experience. Kitchen , living to bedroom area everything inside and outside was great. We are from Perth and had a family guest from Adelaide they also really impressed , enjoyed pool and the night stay close to Indian restaurants as well walking distance to Busselton jetty . We strongly recommend this great place for vacation and will do hire again in future as the best place in the Busselton thanks again Amy. Kind Regards, Harpreet Singh

Bree's place was absolutley beautiful, such a gorgeous location right on the beach nestled in a quiet part of Broadwater. The place was spacious, full of natural light and felt like home. Could not recommend more highly! ✨

Fabulous location. Very peaceful and picturesque. Villa was well appointed. Easy access to Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River. Appreciated the welcome wine too!

Classic old house in a great location with beautiful views of the river and a fantastic wrap around balcony to enjoy them from. The house is close to the main road so you will get traffic noise during the day but this died off at night and there are no close neighbours so it was quiet in the evenings with the exception of the odd possum doing a dash across the tin roof. The two smallest bedrooms have ensuites with the rest of the bedrooms served by a nice toilet/shower combo and there's also another separate shower. The 5th shower and 4th toilet are both outside the house but the toilet is in good condition. Kitchen area is very good and well suited to big groups. Outside balcony is very big with great river views but it could do with a bit of love from a cobweb broom and a general cleanup. However, this is a country house in a bush setting so set your expectations based on that and you'll find the house very enjoyable.

My family and friends stayed here for 4 nights. We wish we had booked longer, it’s such a beautiful home. Super kid friendly. I could let my toddler run around the yard and not have to worry about anything. It comes with everything a child could need/want. It was by far the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Would definitely stay again. The host was lovely. Had clear instructions so I knew where everything was. Over all it was a beautiful place and I genuinely could not fault it.

Ally’s place was great for us. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the town centre was an easy stroll for dinner.

Easy check in, clean and good amenities. Far from town centre but quiet area.

We stayed over Easter and had the most wonderful time. It felt safe and homely with everything we needed. The space was bigger than I had thought from the photos too. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, our daughter spent time with surrounding neighborhood children each morning and afternoon. We would reccomend this property to anyone and would love to return in the future ourselves. Our hosts were especially timely with communication and friendly to approach.

Johan is a great host! Very communicative and easy to reach. He also very clear when giving an instruction. The house is great and exactly the same as the picture. It's so clean and tidy. Even more, it's a complete set of house with kitchen set and BBQ options which is great for big group activities. Johan also provide 4 types of coffee capsules, which is great to have a coffee in the morning. Additionally, it can fits 2 cars. It also has a strong WiFi connection. Johan also provide various of brochure about restaurants and attractions to visit visit. The location also very strategic near supermarkets. A very lovely house.

Lovely accommodation and spacious for 8 guests to stay. We used the port-a-cot for our baby but there was no cot linen available, so we had to improvise. We typically would bring our own but it is packed for a house move as bubs hasn’t moved out of a bassinet at home yet. Lovely clean amenities and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. Large back yard for some outside play for kids too. The place was better looking than the listing photos.

Nice clean interior, great amenities in the heart of Busselton. Outdoor space good though keep in mind if you book during the quieter months there is quite a bit of leaves and debris to sweep up before you can use the outdoor patio-not a fault of the property or owners, just a result of booking in the offseason when theres less people using it, was enjoyable once all set up. Would recommend the property and will return :)

We had a great little stay at Moana with our young kids and another family. Good location, walking distance to the beach, jetty & shops. House was clean & big, a bit dated inside but comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely garden & back lawn with space for the kids to run around.

The house was perfect. Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect relaxing feel. We brought along our dog and he had a great backyard to run around in and the closeness to a fantastic dog beach at Abbey made it even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone:

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was brilliant, so close to the beach and only a short walk to the jetty. The photos didn’t do the house justice.. it was so much bigger and better than described! Loved that there were books for the kids, the trampoline was in great condition and used buy our mob alot! So many extra items available in the kitchen, which was very much appreciated. Having Netflix already available was very convenient for when we just wanted to relax. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again!

Amazing beach in walking distance - 7-10 mins walk. Worth every cent paid. Close driving proximity to Busselton jetty - great for swimming, sight seeing, good restaurants, friendly folks. Large number of spectacular beaches, walks and sights within driving distance. 'Must visit and experience' part of the world.
