Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.

Pittwater Paradise

This near new luxury apartment has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and serene break away. It's private and tranquil and you will enjoy the stunning views of Pittwater from every room. It has it's own private outdoor area and pool overlooking Pittwater, large separate Queens bedroom, designer bathroom, lounge/ dining, full kitchen facilities and it's own sauna. The apartment includes WiFi access, it's own private pool and Sauna, Fully Equipped Kitchen, TV, DVD, Luxury Linen and Hairdryer. Guests will enjoy all the amenities of the apartment to themselves it is self contained and private. We will be happy to welcome you at check -in and after that you have the apartment to yourselves. Stroll down to Paraidise Beach for a swim, kayak or enjoy a fish from the public wharf. Avalon Village is within walking distance with it's wonderful cafes and boutiques or enjoy a surf at Avalon Beach. Pittwater is a boating and sailing haven and nearby ferries will take you into the beautiful Kuringgai National Park. Fine dining just minutes away at Clareville Kiosk or let us recommend a unique dining experience at some of the fantastic restaurants of Sydney's Northern Beaches Avalon Village is an easy walk or there is a convenient bus stop that will take you into the Sydney CBD just metres away from the home. No Guest access is private I am very respectful of my guest privacy - most of my guest choose Pittwater Paradise as a romantic get away or for a secluded break. I am, however always available to give you advise on the best restaurants and things to enjoy in the area. Just let me know how I can help make you stay as enjoyable as possible Paradise beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Take the spectacular walk up to Palm Beach Light House in the winter to spot whales, or visit Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with its Indigenous rock carvings and roaming wallabies. We have a bus stop at our door step - this will take you into Palm Bach or Avalon village. From there you can take an express bus into the city. Wedding Preparations We are the perfect location for Brides to be for their pre wedding night and Wedding preparation and pre wedding photos. Ask us about the availability to have photographs on our top deck with stunning views across Pittwater. We are happy for you to invite your bridesmaids, make up artists and photographers to our beautiful apartment and off course we have the perfect romantic location for your Wedding Night!!
