Enjoy this stylish and centrally located studio located just a short stroll to Bondi Beach. You will be on the sand in five minutes enjoying the sun and surf. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby as well as convenient transport options to Bondi Junction or the city just two mins away. The self checkin studio is completely private. It is close, but detached from the house. It consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom/shower/toilet and washing machine, kitchenette and relaxing outdoor space.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

The House itself is located on a huge piece of land and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden.
