This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Just a street back from the beach and one street away from the 199 public bus and only 2 bus stops away from Manly Wharf. This property comes with a designated car parking spot.

Is a family neighbourhood with kids about, it can get loud at times during the day especially on weekends. Stairs down to the flat for those with mobility issues.
