Antica casa dell' 800, luminosa e panoramica, affacciata sulla piana del Tevere tra Todi e Perugia, completamente ristrutturata, nel centro storico di Deruta, il paese dell’arte civile. E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. Trasformata in un open space bello e accogliente, 3/5 posti letto offre un soggiorno comodo e confortevole a coppie o famiglie che vogliano visitare la verde Umbria.

At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

La Casetta - tranquillità tra mare e montagna

Immersed in the greenery, among the hills of Val Menocchia, stands 'La Casetta', a small and charming independent house, recently renovated. Perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the landscape that surrounds it. However, it adapts to all needs: it is located a few kilometers from the sea and at short distance from wonderful villages, it also allows mountain lovers to reach the Sibillini Mountains in just over an hour.

Da qui è possibile raggiungere facilmente quasi tutte le cittadine più caratteristiche della regione come Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi, Trevi, Spello, Montefalco, Orvieto.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
