The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Freshen up then head across the road for breakfast at one of the many alfresco eating venues and coffee shops , or take a short drive to Coolum, Noosa, or the amazing Eumundi Markets for lunch. Come back and relax on the manicured lawns by the massive pool or take a sixty second walk to the pristine Marcoola Beach.
