This is our 2nd time staying at the Cliff and it was everything we remembered and more. the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Someone is always cleaning or doing some sort of maintenance to the property to keep it pristine! the pool renovation is beautiful and a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets. the beach is easily accessible and virtually private with very little interruptions other than some boats passing by. the pictures dont do this place justice. my husband made use of the spa amenities everyday with the sauna and steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach -he essentially had a hydrotherapy circuit routine every morning. this apartment itself is well maintained and was exactly as advertised. our favorite spot was on the balcony enjoying the perfect views of the ocean. We have so many spots on the island close by as far as restuarants and two grocery/markets. there are also many rest. in a close drive. when we come back to St Martin, i'm staying here again!

on était un famille de 13 la maison nous a séduit avec tout ses possibilités terrasse piscine spa une deuxième cuisine bien aménagé avec tout les commodité et une super table ping pon avec pelouse synthétique. notre hote sympathique et très rapide a no demande on a fait un très beau séjour à st martin

Perfect! Clean, cozy, and convenient location with the perfect view of the water! Very happy with the host and this space.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

This location is excellent ..everything is near by ..the host is amazing ...thank you for everything its definitely worth it...I wiill be back again and again

Veronique was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a local car rental agency that picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to Le Colibri and our rental car, saving us the worry of navigating roads and finding our vacation home. The area was quiet at night and Veronique provided amenities such as beach towels and a small cooler that were very useful and saved us the trouble of obtaining/bringing these items ourselves. She checked in a few times and we relied on her recommendations which were all good.

The condo was very spacious and sparkling clean! Amazing view off of the balcony. Will definitely be coming back! Olga was amazing to work with!

The condo was so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved it there! The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well! It is our plan to return!

Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour ce condo. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par la propreté irréprochable des lieux. C’était comme si le condo était tout neuf, jamais habité avant nous. Chaque coin et recoin brillait, ce qui a immédiatement créé un sentiment de confort et de sérénité. Un immense merci à M. Ricard, leur gestionnaire, qui nous a accueillis sur place avec beaucoup de chaleur et de professionnalisme. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a été d’une aide précieuse et a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nos hôtes ont également fait preuve d’un souci du détail exceptionnel. Tout a été pensé pour rendre notre séjour mémorable, des petites attentions jusqu’à l’aménagement parfait des espaces. On sent qu’ils mettent beaucoup d’amour et de soin dans leur accueil, et cela fait toute la différence. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune hésitation. Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

Kathy is truly an all-star host who thought about every detail. There was ice in the freezer and a few beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived after a long travel day. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the cooler, freezer packs, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Kathy is super knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations during our stay. She has a packet available when you arrive that will provide information for just about anything you might need to know or want to do during your visit. We enjoyed Kathy’s interesting furnishings and accent pieces as well as the outdoor patio area. The outdoor shower was nice to have too, to rinse off after a day at the beach. The market next door was an awesome convenience that we absolutely loved and used daily. There was a really nice variety of supplies available and we cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely visit again & I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Saint Martin was absolutely perfect! We traveled as two families of four, and the villa provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious, and the layout was perfect for our group. The pool was a good size, with a shallow end that was perfect for our little ones. And the private beach? Simply stunning! It was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy whenever we wanted. Plenty of towels and chairs for both activities. Monique and Claude were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They welcomed us with a delicious dinner and stocked the villa with groceries for our first night, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout the week, they surprised us with fresh pastries, and the paella they made for us was absolutely to die for! This was truly a fabulous vacation, and if we ever have the chance to visit Saint Martin again, we will 100% book this villa again.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s steps away from some of the best beach bars in Orient Bay. The house has a lovely deck on the 2nd floor with great views of the water and hills. Very peaceful. And there were some very thoughtful welcome amenities provided at checkin. Overall a great stay.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. La maison de Katia est superbe, et Katia est l hote ideal: tout est fait pour que l on se sente comme chez nous. La maison offre bien plus que ce qu il y est indique dans l annonce, l equipement cuisine, le barbecue, les prises anti moustique, des jeux de bains piscine, de la lessive etc..et l attention particuliere de Katia a notre arrivée avec des fruits frais de son jardin, de l eau du the et cafe .. on ne pouvait attendre mieux! La maison est aussi superbement située sur la baie orientale a 10mn a pied de la plage et des commerces. Un super choix de vacances! Merci Katia

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement: très tranquille et semi -privé, puisqu’il y a des locataires dans les autres condos. Cela nous a permis de connaître davantage la région! Le logement est confortable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les climatisateurs dans les chambres fonctionnent très bien, la cuisine offrait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (nous y avons pris presque tous nos repas), et Isabelle a même acheté un mélangeur pour nous, le coin-salon est confortable et la terrasse est très grande. La piscine est un gros boni pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Il y a aussi une petite bibliothèque où l’on peut emprunter des livres (la majorité en français). Le village est vraiment paisible, tout est situé à distance de marche: boulangerie, 5 minutes; plage Coralita, 8 minutes; plage Dawning, 15-20 minutes et plusieurs collines; quatre restaurants, 5 minutes de marche. Les supermarchés sont à 10-15 minutes en voiture (Carrefour, Super U). Nous serions heureux d’y retourner!

Beautiful home and stunning views/surroundings. The apartment is on the lower floor of the owners house but it is very private. You get private use of the swimming pool and separate access down to the apartment. There were monkeys in the garden which was amazing! The only thing was there were lots of moskitos but the bed has a netting around it so you are safe. After a couple of days with some spray and plugs the moskitos stayed out of course with the doors closed. There is a microwave, sink and fridge, no stove or oven. Out of the way of the main town but super easy to get there by car. Ideally, you need a car to get to the property or taxi. Fantastic stay. Thank you

We had the honor of renting John’s place to celebrate a girls 40th birthday trip. The location was a perfect mix of walkable to restaurants/bars/beach and felt secluded on the beautiful back porch and pool with an amazing view. We stayed in and watched movies two nights even, because it felt like home! Loved how it had character and felt familiar, and John was extremely great at corresponding and giving us awesome recommendations. I hope to go back!!! After exploring other neighborhoods driving around, we realized this was a right choice. Having live entertainment so close at the red piano was a big plus too!! Thanks, John!!!

It was a perfect place to enjoy the view with the pool. The house was big enough for 6 people. Orient bay is 5 min away for restaurants and beach. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! The host was really reactive to our demands. We will be back!
