All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.
