The guesthouse is private with everything you need including a new comfortable Queen mattress and pillows, a functioning mini-kitchen, and sliding glass doors that look out onto the pool and west lawn. Ideal for guests that love birds, dogs, and a little nature getaway that’s still close to town. Pool is only available during the summer months.

Durng Ironman, July 17th reservation for 3 days only. Cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. please don't not to leave food out.

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
