Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Relaxed open design, vaulted ceilings, queen beds, wifi, smart tv with Netflix, full kitchen and coffee bar.

Minutes from the outlet mall, a peaceful and cozy A-Frame, nestled in the trees overlooking a rippling creek. The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. The downstairs area has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area with lots of windows to enjoy the view. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

Romantic little cabin that is perfect for a couple to get away from it all! Come relax and enjoy your own personal hot tub on a private, semi-enclosed deck. One queen size, memory foam bed, heating/air conditioning, wall mount fireplace, outdoor sunken fire pit, high speed internet, large 8' projection screen for movies with great surround sound system, and a secondary covered parking area with a washing station for motorcycles are just some of the great amenities we have to offer.

Central Salem Hideaway Studio

Our Hideaway studio is a cozy, recently renovated studio suite located within walking distance of downtown Salem, the state Capitol, and Willamette University. The Hideaway has total privacy, with your own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, and washer & dryer. Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.

Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.
