As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

L'appartement St-Jacob est situé au 2ème étage de la Twijnstraat 13. Cet immense appartement porte encore les traces d'un riche passé. La construction du toit, vieille de 650 ans, et la construction des fermes donnent lieu à un remarquable salon de 7 mètres de haut avec des coins repas et des coins salon (2) et une cuisine ouverte. Dans cet appartement élégant et charmant, tout le monde se sent comme un roi ! L'appartement est un duplex et comprend 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains.

Our Bruges house, nestled in the city center, is just a 2-minute walk from Market Square and other attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street, it ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a personal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, and more, along with a small courtyard. The only shared space is the entrance hall, as I live upstairs. Enjoy comfort and tranquility in the heart of Bruges.

Huyze Cordoeanier is located in the very heart of the medieval town of Bruges, a few steps away from the central market square but in a quiet neighbourhood. Our house has been rewarded as a 4 star accommodation by the Tourist Office for Flanders! We gladly accept families and responsable adults. Our house isn't suited for groups of friends because of the quiet city area.
