The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı, hiç bir eksiklik hissetmedik. Evin konumu iyi, sahile çok yakın. Manzarası çok güzel, gün batımı ve ay manzarası şahane. Biz bayramda gittiğimiz için inanılmaz kalabalıktı, park eden araçlardan ve kurulan çadırlardan deniz manzarası kapandı gündüzleri. Deniz bazen aşırı kirli, deniz anası ve yosunun dışında çöplerin yüzdüğü de oluyor, bazen girilebilir şekilde temizdi. Evde klima yok ama terlemedik, bahçe genelde gölgelik. Bahçe terası geniş, 3 yaşındaki oğlum için güvenli ve eğlenceli bir ortam oldu. Bahçe masası büyük ve sandalyeleri rahat. Bahçe oturma grubu da çok rahat. Sinek konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık, pencere ve kapılarda tel var, esemmat ve kovucu sıktık. Komşular ve esnaf tatlı. Suriyeliler yoğunlukta ve mutaassıp bir muhit.

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

Üç aile toplam 9 yetişkin ve bir köpeğimizle, güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdik, Adnan bey öncelikle çok ilgi ve alaka gösterdi, gerekli bilgilendirme ve yönlendirmeleri çok güzel iletti. Kendi evimizdeki kadar çok rahat bir kiralama yaşadık, özellikle bizim gibi kalabalık organizasyon düşüncesi için imkanları ile yeterli olanaklarla karşılaştık. Bizim kiralama dönemi kasım ayında olması nedeni ile ısıtma konusunda endişelerimiz ilk giriş itibari ile daha önce kullanımı olmadığından olsa gerek biraz korkutsa da ilerleyen saatlerde odalardaki ek ısıtıcılar ve soba ile seyahat planımız sonuna kadar ısıtma konusunda hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Bahçe mangal ve özellikle köpeğimiz için bulunmaz bir fırsat oldu. Tüm samimiyetimle güzel bir arkadaşlık ortamında birlikte olabileceğimiz bir beklenti için sonucunda tüm katılımcılar memnuniyetle ve mutlu şekilde ayrıldık mekandan Sevgilerimle

Premièrement, Bedirhan nous a fait un accueil impeccable: il nous a offert le transport de l’aéroport à l’Airbnb et vice-versa, il nous a fait des recommandations pour les restaurants aux alentours, nous a aider à transporter nos valises jusqu’au Airbnb qui se retrouve au quatrième étage. Bref, il était vraiment soucieux de nous offrir les meilleurs services pour nous rendre le séjour inoubliable. Le Airbnb offre une vue imprenable du Bosphore avec une belle petite terrasse. Et sa position géographique fait en sorte que c’est un incontournable!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The host was incredibly friendly and very responsible—she responded to all our questions quickly and did her best to help us throughout our stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures—actually, even nicer in reality. The sea view was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed the setting and the amenities.

Sessiz sakin bir ortamda 2 gece konaklama fırsatımız oldu, ev yaz kış rahatlıkla konaklamaya uygun. Yaz için daha da keyifli olacağına eminim . Sitenin kendi plajı var dışardan girişe müsait gözükmüyor sebeple ayrıca konforlu. Volkan beyin iletişimi güçlü ve ilgili ve samimiydi. Tesekkur ederiz…

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldığımız, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bi konaklama oldu. Derya hanıma ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz, bütün ihtiyaçlarımıza anında dönüş yaptı. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

I have traveled to many places around the world, as well as stayed in other places in Istanbul, but I couldn't have gotten a better experience than this! The neighborhood, as well as the view are a fantastic combination! I cannot tell you in words how amazing the stay was. We went for a morning run and exercise at the park by the water. It was easy access to everything, and there's no better way to live in a city than experience everything right at the finger tips. The hosts helped with all the details and also helped with extra blankets and any other query that we had. We look forward to coming back again

Yatak odasındaki bir pencere hafif aralık kaldığı için oda biraz soğuktu. Araya bir şey sıkıştırarak sorunu çözdük. Mutfak malzemeleri yemek yapmak için pek yeterli değildi. Evin konumu sahile çok yakın. Sorularımız için iletişime geçtiğimizde çok hızlı dönüş aldık. Kışın şehirden çok uzaklaşmadan sakin bir kaçamak yapmak için ideal.

Murat bey ve sevgili eşi çok sıcakkanlı bir karsilama yaptılar. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Ev harika bir biçimde tertemizdi. Evde ve mutfakta ihtiyaciniz olabilecek her husus düşünülmüştü. Tatilinizin güzel gecmesinde evde olan konfor çok etkiliydi. herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Place is every bit as beautiful as picture suggest and then some. The views are incredible. The sea is just three minutes of walking. Makes it easy to go swimming at your leisure many times a day. The host is super friendly, cordial and very attentive. Makes you feel like a family. Hatice is very easy to communicate with. All the neighbors were very warm and friendly. It is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Would come back again any time!
