Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.
