It has been newly renovated to a high standard with pretty furnishings and modern interiors. There are 2 double bedrooms: one twin room and the other can be made up as a king or 2 singles. There is parking directly outside the cottage and the cottage is perfectly situated within walking distance of the traditional Market Square with shops, pubs, cafes, butchers, supermarket and shops.

The Former Mechanics Institute - Grade 2 listed

The Former Mechanics institute in Masham is a grade 2 listed building stepped in history. The building was Mashamshires Lecture hall from 1856 until until the 1950's when it became the Town Library and the Midland Bank. The main advantage of this building is that the former Lecture hall / Library room remains intact and there perfect place for people to drink and dine. The dining table seats 12! Holme View, Masham

Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.
