The house is situated above the matala bay , overlooking the beach and caves. There are three main terraces stretching over a 100 sq m of open space on three different levels. The building itself is 20 sq m, it used to be a bar back in the 90s, built in the 50s. Toilet with a hot shower is a separate building, all in mirrors, so don’t get lost in that fractals there. The elevated bed is right above the dining area, so you need to use a wooden ladder. P.S. all facilities are private, not shared.

Confortevole, arredato e attrezzato con cura e con vista splendida dal balcone e dal salone... persino dal bagno. Si trova a soli 35 metri dal mare, dalla spiaggia e dalle grotte minoiche occupate dai figli dei fiori negli anni ΄70. Sarete nel pieno della vita e della "dolce vita" di Matala, con tutti i suoi colori e suoni. Jim’s Holiday House

My house situated in a traditional cretan village in the south,called sivas, only a 10 min. drive to Matala, Komos, Faistos will be excellent for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It is at the quietest zone of the village, however the village square is full of life and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk. The balcony has a spectacular view of Psiloritis and the surrounding area, where you can just relax or enjoy your breakfast!
