Only 4 minutes from I-40, it provides easy access to Conway shopping or to Little Rock where you can enjoy our State Capitol. The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

This one of a kind space is all the things you need it to be - inviting, creative, clean, comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous! We've put a ton of thought into everything from the layout to the decor to the things that make for a great night of sleep and a comfy space. You'll love this home! Please note the backyard and laundry room are spaces shared with other guests. Both have locking doors between them so all interior space is private. The bedroom and full bathroom are located upstairs.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Located at Rockwater Marina this 400 sqft home floats on the Arkansas River. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.
