Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

Unique Hot-tub Chalet with Balcony Views

ÈALÚ direct Irish translation for ESCAPE is the name of this unique place. This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

Curlew Beag

This private studio apt has everything you'll need for your stay, including a private entrance, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette with all the appliances you'll need. You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. At Curlew Beag, We have an Irish saying that goes 'An té a bhíonn siúlach, bíonn scéalach', which simply translates to 'he who travels has stories to tell'. If Renvyle makes any promise, it's that you'll leave with plenty of tales to tell.

Juli's House - Seaside retreat with stunning views

Juli's House is a self-contained, standalone house overlooking the sea. Surrounded by excellent coastal and hill walking terrain, it is also a 10 minute drive from the Wild Atlantic Way, the town of Westport and the Great Western Greenway. It is a bright, comfortable and contemporary home. The house is set in beautiful semi-wild gardens with views of Croagh Patrick, Ireland's holy mountain. With all modern facilities, it includes an outdoor patio and a barbeque area beside the sea.

Relax in a cosy space surrounded by nature's beauty. Watch the light shift on the hills from the comfy sofa - or grab a stick and go hiking. Amble down the lane to the picturesque lake (some hardy souls might brave a quick dip!). Recharge in a superking bed dressed in quality bed linens and revive in the ensuite rainforest shower. The kitchenette has everything needed for simple meal prep, and your private patio is fully furnished for Al fresco dining.

Seaside cottage with spectacular views

*Weekly bookings only in June, July and August (Sat-Sat)* Oystercatcher Cottage is situated in a stunning seaside location enjoying panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean. It is an old cottage which has been renovated over the years while still maintaining it's rustic charm. It's located close to many beautiful beaches, in one of the most scenic spots along the Wild Atlantic Way in Connemara. The views from the cottage are simply breathtaking.

Rushbrook Chalet

This is a small yet bright and airy studio chalet with a large veranda that serves as an extension of the living area allowing for alfresco dining, relaxing down-time overlooking a natural, calming vista or an opportunity for some early morning yoga stretches for those so incline.The setting is tranquil and secluded, approx 7km from Westport town and 2 km from a local shop. Food is supplied for a light continental style breakfast.

Cuckoo Wood Hexagon, 5km from Westport

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.

Welcome to our garden studio with private garden. Our place is on the road to the mountain (Croagh Patrick-at 7km) and Westport town (2.5km) on a walk/cycle route that joins to the Railway Walk and the Greenway. The Quay area/Westport House is at 2km. Come for relaxation or an action packed break! Perfect for solo explorers or couples.

Nestled between the mountains and the sea, Water's Edge Cottage, is the perfect spot for a coastal escape on the beautiful, picturesque Wild Atlanic Way on Achill Island. This immaculate and perfectly appointed cosy cottage over-looking the sea is fantastic for a cycling-break, walking weekend or a romantic couples retreat.

Located just 5 minutes walk from the portacloy beach.Garvin shop is up the road and Carrowteige loop walk starts there .Teach grannie is back the road and it does breakfast everyday and takeaway on Saturday and Sunday.They have a drycleaning service too.Connolllys pub is 5 minutes drive away
