The place is as advertised and more. Those who've been to Kisumu know how hot and uncomfortable the nights can be. Not Raj's place. The place was cool during the day and at night. No mosquitoes to complain about regardless of the close proximity to the lake. Raj was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back on my next trips to Kisumu. A true gem

Getting there was quite tricky as the dirt road leading to the location was in a very bad state after all the recent rains. But super friendly staff member came on a motorbike to meet us and guide the rest of the way. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, like doing the laundry for example. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is modern, well-designed, and very comfortably furnished. There's a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine. It's situated in a peaceful compound with good security in a very nice part of Kisumu. Housekeeping is available everyday if required. A number of tourist attractions, the lake shore, and the CBD (with amongst other things good supermarkets) are within easy/reasonable striking distance.

Ericka, our host, couldn’t have done more to make our stay pleasant, often giving us proactive assistance. She was prompt and responsive to any requests and seemed to genuinely care about our family’s comfort. The flat was clean, appropriately equipped and spacious, with plenty of storage for clothing etc, which we highly valued. Overall, excellent value for money.

Frank's place is a piece of heaven. I had an absolutely incredible stay at this lakeside Airbnb! The views were simply breathtaking - waking up to the serene lake every morning was a dream come true. The property itself was charming and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The place is way better than the photos. The host was also incredibly welcoming and accommodating, providing helpful tips and ensuring that my stay was perfect in every way. I highly recommend this Frank's place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and fantastic food, there is a kitchen within the resort. I can't wait to return!

The Apartment was neat and clean, comfortable furnishings and beds, clean towels and linen. The care taker is a very pleasant and happily helpful. The location is well centred on the main street and central direction to supermarkets, amenities and visitable locations. Very quiet at night. As for Michelle she is very pleasant and was happy to cater for all our questions even the silly one happily, she made sure to check in with us along the stay. Highly recommend this place for stay.
