Quiet sweet place with covered garden balcony

Peaceful, welcoming haven, on quiet leafy street. Walking distance to Trader Joe's and city swimming pool. Private entrance, covered balcony, overlooking garden. Two clean, light bedrooms (1 Q, 1 S) Bright living space with kitchenette. There is no sink in the kitchenette.... you can leave dirty dishes in a bus tub for me. I love kids, but this is not suitable for 2 and under. Desks in both bedrooms. No tv, yes wifi. This apt is part of my house, but the door between them is always locked.

The Red Door Retreat is part of Our Shangra la LLC. We overlook the Circle Bar Golf course. Quiet, water features on four sides. 6 month creek flows into the North Fork of the Willamette. Tree frog pond and waterfall in the Grape arbor. We put up our own grape juice. Heated Exercise Pool with a current also enclosed to keep the pool area pleasant. A HOT SPRINGS hot tub. Multi car parking. Koi and frog pond. A Treehouse with stairs and adult swing set.

Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

This peaceful space is conveniently located within 1-4 miles of the UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, Riverbend Hospital, the Whit and the Willamette River bike path. The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Located one mile from downtown Eugene - a quick and beautiful walk through campus. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, groceries and running trails.

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.
