Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

It is a working farm and near a river and smallchildren should never be unattended!

Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants

This studio apartment is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin is located next door and is not included - it is a separate space. no third party bookings. NO PETS OR SMOKING

Hannsz Hideaway

12/10/25 I’m in the process of doing exterior siding on abnb and my house. There will be a bit of noise during daylight hours. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.
