Diamond in the Rough

My property is at the end of a long dead end road. I live across the street from Mountain Island Lake and it’s a very secluded and quiet area. The property is minutes away from the boat access area so if canoeing or kayaking you’ll be in heaven. All the dogs run free around here, mine included. They are all very friendly. It helps do be a dog lover.

Lower Loft University Area

The Lower Loft gets its unique name because it is a full basement apartment that was built in the Mid 1950's. The original owner designed the back of the home to reflect Colonial style living and a separate entrance used as a working space. This space is Very secluded and sits on 1.1 acres nestled away as the perfect getaway with family and friends.

Uber and Lyft are available in the area and if you’re feeling adventurous, downtown Belmont is a 15-20 min walk. We’re located about 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Whitewater Center.
