The unit is located one block from the Mississippi River. Walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. Iowa welcome center is in the Port of Burlington on the river just east of the unit.

Second floor two Bedroom apartment located on the Southwest corner of the West Point City Square. Great location close to local bars, bowling alley, restaurants and grocery store. Appartment has outside deck great for viewing the annual West Point Sweet Corn Festival the second weekend of August. This appartment has a spacious kitchen and living room. Master bedroom has a king size bed, tv and walk-in closet. The spare bedroom has a closet and tv.

Our country farmhouse is located in rural Southeast Iowa and is the perfect place for a country retreat. The Little House started as a cabin in the early 1900’s. A refreshed cozy getaway in a great little river town. Restaurants, bars and river access are walkable or close drive. Plenty of room to park boat etc.
