Drake was a great host.!! He was helpful & friendly. He is quick to answer any questions you may have. The house is situated in a nice quiet easy to find neighborhood and is very relaxing. The pool is clear and refreshing. Pool also stays very clean thanks to the surrounding protective screens. This also makes the pool a bug free zone.!! Thank you Drake.!!

The property was immaculate, offering a clean, comfortable, and peaceful getaway. Erin was an exceptional host-helpful, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the beach and shopping. My only regret is not staying longer. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and the perfect set up for a large family group or a large group of friends. Clean and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We were in the area for a work trip. Joshua's place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool table in the garage after working some long days. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy to find. Clean. Quiet area. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Bathroom is a tight squeeze for two people to get ready at once.

Das Haus liegt perfekt zur Erkundung des Kennedy Space Centers. Es gibt einen Garten mit großer Palme :-). Das große Bett hat eine bequeme Matratze. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es gibt genug von allen Verbrauchsutensilien. Das Bad hat kein Tageslicht, ist aber ausreichend.

This was our first Airbnb! Place was very clean and comfortable! Everything was provided such as towels and other needed items until we could replenish them. Definitely recommend this place. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Place was newly done and looks fantastic! Very comfortable and felt at home! Close to everything! Stores, gas stations, car wash, restaurants, etc. Backyard is spacious and fenced off. Fruit trees growing in the backyard. Bananas mainly. That was great to see! Ice cream truck comes by about every 3 days! That was a great experience as well. We had no issues and were very pleased. The washer and dryer was an added bonus to us. 2 adults and two 17 year olds stayed here. Thank you for allowing us to stay there and thanks for quick replies. It was nice meeting your dad as well. Very nice man!

Jack & Leslies place was a delight! My sisters, nephew and I wanted to have a fun, family friendly long weekend and this place was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed cooking and lounging in the air bnb but our favorite part was being able to see the sunset each night on the river, so beautiful!

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just like it was described! Everything was very clean and it was only a 5 minute to Cocoa Village. Linda was a fantastic host!

Property was just as described. Marlene is a wonderful host and it is a beautiful property. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely book again.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

What a peaceful little beach bungalow. 3 minute walk to the beach. So beautifully decorated. Very clean, couldn’t find a speck of dust if you wanted to. My husband and I would stay here again. It was easy to get. Plenty of restaurants to drive to. Comfortable for 2 adults, might be uncomfortable for a family of 4.

Quiet and relaxing stay, walkable distance to local shops and restaurants. Minutes away from the beach and beautiful trails. Loved to the room and patio to take a nap.

We had so much fun staying at Genna’s place! Everything was spotless, and the decorations were so homey and cute! I had to write Genna during our stay, and she wrote back right away! Loved the laundry room right next door with free washer/dryer - that came in handy during our stay! They also have some fun sand toys and a highchair in there! Over all, couldn’t recommend Genna more! She was wonderful, and her place was perfect!!

Place is amazing. Clean and quiet with full kitchen and spacious living room Five stars for sure on this best getaway spot!

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

This space was amazing, perfect for the what we needed! Close to the beach & close to amazing restaurants! Also perfect for a spot before you leave for a cruise

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Es war schlicht super! Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Unsere Teenagers haben die Wellen zum Boogieboarden genossen. Die Wohnung und auch die Pool-Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und äusserst sauber. Suzy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie hat uns proaktiv darauf hingewiesen, wenn Raketenstarts geplant waren, so dass wir dieses Spektakel von der Beach aus beobachten konnten.
