Step into this newly renovated house flooded with natural sunlight, featuring 2 bedrooms connected by a full bathroom with tub. Polished terrazzo floors and minimal furnishings embody a modern, minimalist style. Our 5 star reputation is evident with the cleaning throughout. The spacious backyard, though not fully fenced, is equipped with security lights in this safe and tranquil neighborhood. Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (some in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.

Bobby's Place was built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you need for your stay. Our 600sqft 2 bedroom home can accommodate 5 guests & includes 2 queen beds with motorized adjustable bases. The interior features a fully stocked kitchen, living areas and bathroom. The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.
