Welcome to Casale Amerina, an idyllic place to rest, rebalance and revitalise. This is a much-loved Umbrian farmhouse, with stylish contemporary interior, set in wonderful Umbrian countryside. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Arredata con mobili su misura realizzati da mastri falegnami orvietani, i soffitti in legno al primo piano ed il cotto fatto a mano del pavimento ne fanno un alloggio pieno di fascino in cui trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno ad Orvieto. The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo".
