The Chapel at The Grey Whale Inn

The Chapel Room features a plush queen bed and a storied past, perfect for heritage lovers and coastal explorers. Once the most sought-after room in the building, it welcomed wives of Union Lumber Company executives and mothers bringing new life into the world. Today it blends history with modern comforts, including an updated bathroom, in-room coffee, and windows with peeks of the Mendocino coast and views of Main Street - creating a peaceful space for rest and renewal.

Oceanfront Room, Beach Access LS

You won't want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. It's a private room (no kitchen/breakfast or hot tub) with a separate entrance in a well-established Inn. ONE queen bed only, free WiFi, wood-burning fireplace with wood provided, private bathroom (shower stall), seating/eating area, mini-fridge, microwave, mini-Keurig machine, private deck facing the Pacific Ocean. Lose yourself in Nature. No TV/phone. No kitchen. Just you & the waves. Maybe a whale or 2.

The Green Door Cabin at The Apple Farm

Our rental spaces are part of a beautiful 30 acre working organic apple farm and event space on the Navarro River in Anderson Valley. Our guest spaces are all handsome, spacious, and comfortable. All rooms have gas fireplaces for warmth and ceiling fans to keep them cool in the summer. Hendy Woods State Park is over the river and through the woods and wineries are all around us, so there are plenty of adventures to be had nearby.

Pomo Cottage :: Private Hot Tub, Dog Friendly

Pomo Cottage began as a Mess Hall for Shore Patrol. During World War II, the property was turned over to the U.S. Coast Guard. Pomo & Ledford Cottages were built sometime prior to 1940 and used as the mess hall and officer’s quarters. Years later, we managed to save the cottage after it was struck with a tree. The floor was left a bit crooked, which we think only adds to its charm.

Garden Cottage - Inn at Schoolhouse Creek & Spa

Nestled at the bottom of the meadow, the romantic Garden Cottage is our most secluded accommodation. With a king bed, jetted tub, and small seating area, this cottage offers a private getaway for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing getaway. We allow two pets per accommodation, but if you're traveling with larger breeds, we recommend one of our more spacious cottages.

WORLDMARK CLEAR LAKE, Nice, CA

Among tules, cottonwoods, willows, and oaks, CLEAR LAKE is warm, full of life, and is the largest natural freshwater lake in California. CLEAR LAKE is a 5-minute walk from the resort, and is WORLD-RENOWNED for Bass Fishing. After reservation is confirmed, inquire with host for boat & fishing equipment rentals, and a BASS FISHING guide (if desired).

Ledford 2 Bedroom Family Cottage

Ledford Cottage sleeps up to six people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa sleeper and full kitchen. Enjoy a rustic farmhouse feel with natural hardwood throughout the cottage, a fireplace, and a two-person soaking tub. With a large, fully-fenced backyard and deck, Ledford Cottage is perfect for families traveling with pets.

The back of the room has a glass sliding door that opens to a private patio with outdoor seating. Tansy Cottage has a sitting area and cozy breakfast nook. The small back yard is fenced, making it the perfect place to stay with the family pet. In the separate bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and a twin sized day bed. Here, you can find yourself enjoying a partial ocean view beneath a canopy of historic cypress trees.

Pacific View - Private Backyard, Kitchen

Pacific View is located at the top of our property in the Mendocino Lodge. Upstairs, the room has a king bed, full bath with whirlpool tub, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Downstairs has a full kitchen, full bath, 2 queen pullout sofas, and private back yard. This room is not suitable for young children.
