Clark was super welcoming and always around the property/easy to reach. Our place did not come with a coffee machine and Clark made us a million cappuccinos without complaints and with a smile. The property was gorgeous and the stay was relaxing and perfect getaway from the city. While we stayed in a converted containers, the restrooms were separate and shared. The shower is a glass shower to gaze out on the property (there is a sign to indicate people don’t go up the trail while you are showering). People who book this rental should be prepared for a glamping experience. You get to sleep in a comfy air conditioned space but food and such is cooked on a shared grill. The hot water was not always working when we were there. The property is popular and I loved interacting with other folks and the sense of community. It is definitely a spot I plan to come again but might not be great for those who value a private bathroom and a more traditional Airbnb experience. Unique & beautiful spot!

Дом в котором хочется остаться навсегда. Уют и любовь в каждом уголке дома. Мы были там счастливы и не хотелось уезжать. Отдыхали с внучкой 5 лет,старым папой 78 лет и дочкой. Всем хватало места и было очень комфортно. Внучку возили каждый день на два часа в детский цент,15 минут от ранчо. А потом купались в бассейне и играли в саду. Каждый день приходили олени,кролики,индейки …Мы в восторге от отдыха на этом прекрасном ранчо Хороший Стек хаус 5 минут на машине.

Very kind and responsive host; provided helpful and clear instructions and welcome. The home is beautiful, peacefully situated and clean and comfy. Our family and friends were all comfortable and enjoyed the warm, well appointed home for a long weekend. Sandra was available and responsive. We’ve stayed in homes all over the world. Sandra and her Ukiah home are among the best.

This home was beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless—easy access to the property, and Megan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She truly thought of everything, from firewood and propane to a fully stocked kitchen and patio bar (seriously, if you can think of it, it’s probably there!). The photos don’t even begin to capture how beautiful this place is. The house itself is stunning, with thoughtful details and lush landscaping that makes it feel like your own private resort. The backyard was the true showstopper—spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The pool and hot tub were clean, warm, and ready to go. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and every room felt inviting. Whether you’re cooking in the kitchen, lounging outside, or soaking in the hot tub under the stars, this home wraps you in comfort. Truly an amazing experience. We’ll absolutely be back

I am so incredibly happy to have found this amazing piece of land. Raul made everything so easy. The house is so much better than the pictures. It’s just so hard to get into words and pictures how amazing this place is. I felt like I got teleported to heaven for a night. I will forever look for this place when booking.

I had a wonderful stay at this house. The space was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a truly relaxing experience. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Amazing location - the beach pass to the private beach made this stay already worth it! Irish beach is stunning and so empty, we loved it. The space has lovely windows overlooking a yard where many deer come visit and we even saw a bobcat! The hot tub is great and probably the best Airbnb hot tub we’ve been in! I’m sure the upstairs balcony was amazing as well - we just didn’t use it much since it rained most of our stay. Our dog enjoyed the yard very much, it’s very private and far away from other people’s houses. It’s not fenced but a long line worked just as well! I would mention that it would have been good to know ahead of time that the place does not have a full kitchen. The freezer is not medium - it’s tiny and doesn’t freeze well. There is no real stove, just hot plates, no blender, not a real oven etc. It would have been good to know ahead of time since we usually bring food for trips and like to cook. We would definitely book again and just plan for different food!

This is a great place to stay in Fort Bragg. Easily accessible to downtown and all tourist attractions. Very clean and comfy. Wonderful coffee provided. Great fenced yard if you bring your dog.

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at in the area, Great, quiet location, beautiful vineyard. Well sitting around the firepit we had a great view of the stars, well listening to a creek flowing in the distance with the sound of frogs and grasshoppers all around us. Great walk down to the local farmer's market and wine tasting. The house was very clean with a great setup, very comfortable beds.

Lovely home and host! Charming neighborhood with great backyard for relaxing and kids to play. The kitchen is supplied with quality dishes and cookware as well all natural soaps and cleaning products. Linens in bedrooms and bathrooms felt luxurious and paper supplies were generous. Our family loved and appreciated every minute of our stay!!

Our family returned from a wonderful stay this past weekend at the A frame hosted by Judy and others. The 4-bedroom home was situated in a peaceful, quiet area, nestled in nature, next to a small hillside. Spacious wrap around deck as well as large front and back yards. It was equipped with multiple amenities making our stay even more comfortable; hot tub, sauna, heated floors, bidet toilets, heated towel racks to name a few! Absolutely loved that the private beach was nearby and gorgeous! Thoughtful décor matched the tranquil setting. Big nod to the environmentally conscientious cleaning products too. Great place to rejuvenate! We would definitely love to return here again.

A beautiful place to stay with plenty of space for the whole family. You can barely tell this is a dog friendly rental (minus the sweet doggy gift Masha left!). We would definitely come back here.

Nancy and Sam were extremely quick to respond and always helpful. The house was just what our family needed to gather together and feel at home. The kids loved the beach and roaming the property.

Absolutely Magical! Their home is exactly as posted. One thing I should note (though it does seem like they are working on a fix for it) the three homes have one bbq that they share. They were absolutely amazing and accommodating, I’m not saying this to take away from our experience. I’m just saying this as a heads up if you are someone who plans to live by the grill. Beautiful home, beautiful scenery, COMFORTABLE beds and linens, the list could go on. Thank you for sharing your home!

As usual my stay at the SeaRiver house was fantastic. It is by far my favorite place to stay on the north coast . Had amazingly clear weather the first 2 days and nights. The views are unparalleled from the home. I also was able to star gaze the first 2 nights - highly recommend doing this if you are lucky to have a clear night. Peter is an extraordinary host that goes above and beyond if there are any little glitches. 5 stars hardly tells the story of this home.

Joanna’s and Mark’s place was exactly what my family needed for the week. Even my kids who are young and usually need a lot to do had a wonderful vacation. The home was as was described, surroundings were peaceful and gorgeous. We slept with our windows open to listen to the ocean waves and early morning whales. We went down to the beach one day, had private time with no one else but us and the seals. Even our dogs loved having a fenced in front and backyard with enough space to explore. Stores and restaurants are expensive up there and everything is a drive away. However we cooked most days and just had a secluded, peaceful getaway. Five stars.

Absolutely incredible stay! This cliff house in Albion was hands-down the highlight of our entire trip. The view is something out of a postcard waking up to the ocean crashing below and sunsets that stopped us in our tracks every night. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We spent hours just relaxing on the deck, soaking it all in. Plus, the local food scene was surprisingly awesome lots of fresh seafood and charming spots nearby. We didn’t want to leave! Can’t recommend this place enough. Something magical about a woodstove with the sound of the ocean nearby.

This is our fifth time staying at Orange Crush. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The home is beautiful, the kichen, well appointed, beds super comfy, the deck and view sublime. Natasha is the perfect hostess, every need anticipated. We enjoyed the hot tub, the lovely deck, sunrises, sunsets, Mendocino, beaches, shopping, and everything within easy reach. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you Natasha, for once again, sharing your lovely home with me and my sisters. ❤️

Lovely house in a very unique setting. A half mile walk through a path and then sand dunes to a VERY private and gorgeous beach. We didn’t see anyone else while there. House is clean and well stocked! And the lot of the house is fun to explore for kids in and of itself. We will absolutely try to come back!
