My home is in the Bushnell's Basin/Perinton part of Pittsford. .5 miles to 490, 4 mi to I-90 and 15 minutes to U of R. Erie Canal is a short walk away. The 17 mi Crescent Trail head is 100 yards away. Fantastic restaurants. The large indoor pool is open year round with new filter and pool heater. A stream is in the fenced backyard. 50 trees provide privacy and shade. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and 21/2 baths ensure no waiting! 2 decks. Golf, Finger Lakes, wineries, & breweries are close.

Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Private studio apartment in Pittsford

Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested. The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, dishwasher and coffee maker; a large bathroom, with corner tub and shower. It does not offer a stove or washer/dryer. There is a separate private entrance, and parking area. WIFI is also included. Note that all sanitization protocols are followed to prepare the apartment for guests.
