Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

You can use coffee machine, you can cook your meal, you can keep your food in refrigerator. You also have little garden with gate. You will feel like you are living in your own house.

Our sixth-floor, two-bedroom flat has stunning views of the old town harbour and the sea - something most hotels in Kaleici cannot offer. Each bedroom can sleep two people and one of the bedrooms has access to a terrace. There is a small, well-equipped kitchen, and a living and dining area which opens up onto a generous terrace. This light and airy flat is well-equipped and is an ideal choice for people who want to enjoy stunning views of the old town and the coastline.

Les 2 chambres à coucher-salon-salle à manger et salle de bain sont situé au rez-de-chaussée. Les 2 chambres à coucher- salon et salle à manger sont équipées de l'airconditioné pour la refroidissement ou le chauffage. La maison estentièment rénové mais l'épaisseur des murs en pierre (45 cm) d'avoir une bonne isolation, frais en été, chaud en hiver.

Au rez de chaussée sont le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine avec un terrasse. Au premier étage il y a 2 chambres à coucher et une salle de bain.
