Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as described and pictured. The pool area was great, very spacious for a large family. The house was very well stocked with any type of supplies you could possibly need from a beach wagon and chairs to garlic salt lol! If you think you forgot it, Tara probably has it there for you to borrow or use. We will definitely be returning to Tara’s properties in the future. I 100% recommend booking with Tara! Oh and the beach is dog friendly and has FREE parking. It’s within walking distance of the home as well. GREAT PLACE

Great house, really good location with lots to do nearby. House has a great layout, worked really well for 9 adults staying together. Pool and Hot Tub were amazing, everyone loved it. BBQ was used for some great meals. House had everything we needed, we lots of space for all.

The stay was fine. House was fine. Met up with Randy because of some problem with the house keeper that somehow was living in the most tiny wooden shed in the backyard? Anyway, Randy pointed out a few things he’s fixing in the house. The biggest thing was how Randy speaks to you in person and over text but it’s not worth getting into an argument for. He couldn’t give a direct answer on what times he would or wouldn’t be on site doing yard work or repairs. It eventually turned to he didn’t show up at all which was preferred but was not communicated at all. I asked all communication to be re-communicated over the Airbnb chat so we both had record and he refused. Anyways house is fine for the price.

Great location and the perfect set up for a large family group or a large group of friends. Clean and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

My friends and I had a wonderful girls getaway! It was quiet at the house with a beautiful backyard oasis to relax in! We also were able to walk to the beach and many other places around us. Close enough to everything Disney, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet when needed! Michelle thought of everything when it comes to beach fun! I think had bikes, a wagon, cooler, chairs, and towels!

Easy to find. Clean. Quiet area. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Bathroom is a tight squeeze for two people to get ready at once.

This home is better than the photos show. Our family enjoyed this home greatly. Our sons (2 dogs) had a great time in the huge yard. We recommend this place 💯! Location is great, area is great, home is great!

KC and her team took care of us as she always does. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The house had all the amenities that we need. We have used her team and home multiple times and will continue to do so.

Wonderful place to stay. We hoped to see the rocket launch but it didn't happen. We were a group of 7, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. We only stayed one night but the screen room and pool was the family gathering area and enjoyed by all.

Great location on the Banana River. Any questions i had were answered promptly. Would definitely go back again. We saw manatees and dolphins from the dock. Also great spot to watch rocket launches!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

Finding a unit across A1A from the beach with a garage and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths is highly unusual but this had it all. Quiet neighborhood. As a handicapped individual I was extremely pleased with the accessibility. Kitchen has updated appliances, washer and dryer are full size and large screen tv's in family room and master bedroom. Outstanding internet service through out the house. We've stayed in numerous AIRBNBs over the years and no one has come close to the responsiveness as Ms. Yulia. Replies most times were almost instantaneous, not to imply there were numerous needs as there were not. We would be pleased if our next trip to this area of Florida and found this available again.

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Loved this property. The house is newly renovated as pictured and was spotless on arrival. The backyard was beautiful!! The pool was perfect to swim in during the day and the jacuzzi was were I relaxed before bed. The location was great. So many things to do within 10-60 minutes. I spent 5 nights and felt that I needed another week. The host was super responsive. I would definitely stay here again or at another property owned by this host!!!

Venture investments was very accommodating. We initially had booked the entire property l, however some of our group were unable to come and Venture investments worked with us to cancel part of the property so we only paid for what we needed. Very responsive to messages and offered lots of recommendations of things to do locally. Provided Lawn and beach chairs along with beach toys, boogie boards and coolers. Laundry facilities on property. Overall very impressed with our stay and would recommend!!!

A really great place if you need multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. The screened in pool and patio were great. Lots of equipment in the garage for the beach. Everything as noted in the listing.

Katie was an incredible host and has created a great space minutes away from buzz of Cocoa Beach and second away from a low traffic peaceful beach. The space is clean, outfitted and has everything needed - from beach accessories to fully stocked kitchen. Katie was responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend if you want a great spot with the best of both worlds - out of the chaos of “downtown” but still close enough to walk to the pier or drive into town.

Very simple but really clear and overall great place! The bed was not super comfortable, but this is really the minor thing. The place was great indeed.

Absolutely fantastic place, very modern, everything was of high quality and spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable bed, very quiet area, great nights sleep. The host was also amazing, supplied all of the necessary information well in advance.
