Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. In addition, there are numerous country walks and cycling trails close by.

Bedroom has a super king bed that can change into twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed to transform into another bedroom along with tea/coffee facilities & small fridge. Suitable for family's of all aged children. Near to Goodwood for horse racing & motor events, Chichester festival theatre & West Wittering beach.

Entire self contained barn in Oving near Goodwood

The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.

Nous habitons dans un beau village, 10 minutes du centre de Chichester et de Goodwood. A 2 minute à pied, se trouve un pub, typiquement anglais avec toit de chaume, sa propre brasserie et un menu varié et savoureux. On peut, également visiter la belle plage à West Wittering (20 minutes en voiture), et beaucoup de belles villes et beaux villages à proximité. Le logement est dans notre jardin.

The apartment is completely private with the owners living in separate cottages accessed by a common drive to both buildings.
