We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Stephen's and Mai's! The hosts are incredibly nice, helpful, and very accommodating. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well laid out, roomy, and comfortable. The entire property is stunning, truly backs to the monument, and the outdoor activities are great. We absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Grand Junction. The space was cute, clean and quiet. Check in was super easy and we were able to park right in front of the unit. Would definitely stay here again, zero complaints.

Perfect stay while passing through! The restaurant across the street was delicious and welcoming. Everyone we met was kind. Lori’s space was great. We were road tripping with a dog, so it was nice to be able to let him stretch his legs for a while. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in Fruita if you like to walk to cafes and restaurants. Super clean and tidy. Looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely recommend and I would stay there again!

Charles’s place is on a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac - loved that I did not hear the traffic of the city and was listening to birds instead. Really enjoyed the location being a few short miles outside of town. It’s very short convenient to drive into the town of Grand Junction but nice to be staying somewhere on the outskirts.

Bev's place is located on a hill with a very nice view of the morning sunrise. We spent several mornings and evenings sitting on the patio relaxing in prep for or following our daily strenuous activities. The location is away from the busyness of Grand Junction but close enough to access whatever you need. The pictures accurately reflect the property...just be aware that there is no oven which was not a big deal for us. Laundry is available in the unit. Even though we had temps in the 80s, the property was nice and cool without running the available air conditioning. If you're looking for a place to veg-out during your down time but be accessible to the activities around GJ, you can't beat this one.

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

This was the second time we came for a week-plus stay at Renee and Amber’s place - they have made such a warm and comfortable home. The kitchen is uncluttered but amazingly has everything you could need for cooking full meals, the beds are super comfy, the main room is light and relaxing, WiFi is awesome - and the home has so many thoughtful touches from the kindest hosts. Could not recommend more highly.

We used Sienna’s place as our base for a week of mountain biking. Sienna’s place was really clean, with comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen (with spices, coffee, and sharp knives!), and a big private back yard. Sienna was a great host; friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is an easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants and brewpubs. I can easily recommend this place!

If you’re coming to Fruita to ride bikes, this house is a great option! Secure bike storage in the garage, private backyard for aprés relaxation, and a super convenient walk to town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

With having traveled around so much this was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The area around it was so beautiful, and the home was perfect for a relaxing weekend in Grand Junction. Close enough to enjoy downtown and far enough for some peace and quiet.

This is a great little place with a shed for bike storage. It’s down the street from two bike shops, restaurants, and 2 local coffee shops. You can literally walk there in 60-90 seconds. The place was nicely remodeled and feels more spacious than the photos feel. The kitchen has a lot of what you need to cook healthy meals and make smoothies. Some little things I liked were dimmer lighting, decorative light tree, heat fan in the bathroom, love seat to kickback on to read or to watch some TV. It’s mostly a quiet location. Someone mentioned a train - while this is true, it’s not horribly disruptive, and I like quiet. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. You can ride and walk from the door to the multi-purpose path to ride out to Kokopelli and to Grand Junction. And you have great hosts who are kind, helpful, and responsive, which are important characteristics IMO. I’ll be returning.

This place is a gem!! The extra touches to make it beautiful and comfortable were so sweet. They were very responsive with a change we made. We will very likely be back. Thank you for such a peaceful clean place.

Great location, nicely situated, off street parking was greatly appreciated, close to so many amenities, well worth it. Property was very clean and in great condition.

My family of 4 comfortably stayed here. We loved staying in this loft in the GJ downtown, and really enjoyed the walkability to the restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend Dream Cafe and Kiln Coffee. The beds were comfy, we slept great! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great but I was especially thankful for the extra toiletries!

Isabel's place was perfect for me and my pups to have a hiking vacation. Incredibly comfortable for both me and my big dogs (golden retriever and a malamute). I'll keep this place in mind for my next adventure to Grand Junction!

We loved staying here, wish we could have extended our stay! I was initially worried that it might get a little warm since the cooler hadn’t been turned on for the season but it wasn’t at all! The house is situated perfectly so that it stays cool even on a 75 degree day. Candice is a great host, very responsive! This place had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Very comfy bed!

Deann’s place was perfect for us! It is right across the street from CMU where my son is going to college, so it couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We also visited the Colorado national monument which was only 15 minutes away. The place was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed!
