The farmhouse comfortably accommodates 12 guests in bedrooms. In addition, dormitory‑style accommodation for up to 38 guests is available within the premises, including a 500 sq. ft. hall (up to 30 guests with mattresses) and an additional bedroom (20×10 ft for extra guests). Dormitory stay is non‑AC, mattress‑based, suitable for retreats, workshops, or group events. Sandip Kulkarni Farms can be booked both as a homestay and as an event venue.
