Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Baita alpe Aurelio - Hut Lago Maggiore

Chalet situé dans un alpage (7 constructions) à mille mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Accessible uniquement à pied (40 min.) depuis le village de Miazzina (VB) par un sentier agréable, le site permet de jouir de l’atmosphère sauvage du Parc national du Val Grande voisin et offre une vue enchanteresse sur le Lac Majeur. La Baïta (URL HIDDEN) d’un chauffe-eau à bois et d’un panneau solaire permettant la recharge des appareils électroniques et l’éclairage intérieur.

Questa abitazione offre una vista impareggiabile sul lago e sulle montagne, regalando ogni giorno scenari mozzafiato. Situata in una zona verde e tranquilla, baciata dal sole e immersa nella natura, rappresenta un'oasi di serenità a pochi passi dai servizi. In soli 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico del villaggio, con tutte le sue bellezze e comodità. L'accesso in auto è agevole, garantendo comodità e privacy in un contesto unico e privilegiato.

Casa di sasso nel verde

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.

Appartamento con giardino privato

Bilocale con meravigliosa vista lago, composto da cucina completa, camera matrimoniale e soggiorno con comodo divano, locale lavanderia il tutto affacciato sul giardino privato che è attrezzato con due lettini e tavolo per colazione. L'appartamento è raggiungibile da un breve vialetto pedonale a gradini. Accesso alla spiaggia pubblica e ai parcheggi a soli 50m, fermata bus a 250m, bar e trattoria raggiungibili a piedi in cinque minuti.
