Amy and Andy are excellent hosts! I had so much fun. I was just a little disappointed in the wi-fi/internet connection but Andy is doing his best to correct it. This is my second time staying here and I will be coming back! I highly recommend it!

This apartment is very comfortable, clean and private. It is attached to the main house by a breezeway but the entrance is on the side so very private. You have access to the entire yard which is beautifully maintained with flowers and many bushes trees and plants. We enjoyed the deck a lot and although the house isn’t on the water you still have a nice view of the water. TV is super host and very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave us extra treats that we enjoyed and appreciated. Thank you! And we would definitely love to come back next time we are able to get away.

Martha & Buck’s place was just beautiful. The place was spotless & exactly as it looks in the pictures. They answered every question we had within minutes of emailing anything. It was so nice meeting them in person they were super nice & glad we got to know them. My husband & I will definitely be back to stay with them if we are in the area again. We highly recommended the stay at Holly Cove!!

The place was clean and well stocked. I couldn’t think of anything we needed to make our stay better. There was even beach gear outside for our use. Much appreciated!

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

We love staying here and this was our 4th time. Great house for a family or group of friends. The location is perfect - great town of Irvington and a quick trip to the water. We'll be back!

Great house to stay. Very clean. Golf cart is a must. Don't have to walk anywhere. We will stay here again or maybe his other house on the island. 😁

We stay in about 3-4 Owner rented properties a year for the last 14 years and I can honestly say that this home is one of the most beautiful I have stayed in. It had been impeccily renovated and updated. It is beautifully decorated. It feels so clean, spacious and warm. The house is well maintained and appointed. Kelli is extremely responsive. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Brad’s house! The location was perfect and our families enjoyed sharing the space! Looking forward to our next adventure in Deltaville!

it was just right for my family for Easter weekend and local business we had to take care of. we were even able to check out the local eating spots and movie/entertainment park.

Great getaway for a long weekend. Lovely nautical farmhouse decor, clean. Porch is wonderful. Fully fenced back yard made it great for travel with the dogs. The Local (coffee shop) and Social 77 in Irvington were great, so we did not take full advantage of the well appointed kitchen. Loved the large island. Relaxing, lovely stay. Easy to get in and out. Thanks!

Chris was an excellent communicator. His place looked EXACTLY like the pictures. The setting is so serene and offered the right mix of Peace for working adults and fun activities for kids. The guest handbook was very helpful in identifying local good eats and things to do. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything about the space was thoughtful—from the intentional setup to the little touches that made it feel so warm and inviting. We had everything we needed and more. The kids had a blast, and the adults got a much-needed break. It’s the kind of place you find yourself already planning to return to before you’ve even left. Definitely a 5-star stay. Highly recommend!
