Two bedrooms, one bath with a living, dining, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Sit on the upstairs deck and watch the birds and dolphins or sit downstairs under the deck and watch the sunset. The property also has a pavilion with a table and seating, a long pier with benches and a fish cleaning station and plenty of space to spread out.

With a large yard scattered with live oaks and southern pines our cozy home has space to sleep 6 with a sleeping arrangement of 1 king bed and 4 twins. We provide complimentary snacks and bottled water. El Campo, TX is a 10-minute drive for basic shopping and dining.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 2 blocks from the Palacios harbor. There is great fishing from the piers. The Sunshine house is walking distance to the water, fishing piers, restaurants, and downtown Palacios. Great bird watching also! Plenty of room to park your boat, or if necessary we have storage to get your boat or camper inside at a different location. Bicycles are available upon request.
