Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a breath-taking entrance and a sweeping 200-yard driveway, lined with overhanging hornbeam and lime trees, leading to the front of the property.

House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Cosy barn style stay in Somerset

Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.

The Hole in the Wall, Nr Bath, Longleat, Cheddar

The Hole in the Wall is a Grade 2 listed building, the owners occupy the main house at the front and the holiday cottage (which is separate) is at the side/rear, it is 20 - 30 mins from Bath, Wells, Longleat, Glastonbury & Cheddar. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen diner, on the first floor there is a very large lounge with sofas at one end and a double bed at the other end. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds.
